I have been inspired to add puzzles to my art merch line for decades and now the dream has manifested. I have personally arranged both the 500 and 1000 piece puzzles and find the 1000 piece to be a very long game, so if your not a serious puzzle wizard, maybe consider the 500. Enjoy!
